I've had my MY97 STi for 3 months and can't help wondering why there is so much road noise - especially on smooth surfaces.
I have yokes (as above) fitted and was wondering if anyone else has these and feels they are noisy?
Once there worn out I think I'mm going to go for Toyos.

Any comments please?

My last set of tyres were Yokos -bloody noisy and only lasted 12K miles. Am now running Bridgestone SO2 , excellent tyres and have travelled 20K miles no noise, due for another set.

Thumbs up

Thanks Tonyv

Was thinking of either the Bridgestones or maybe Toyo. Hopefully the Yokos will be worn out in less than 12k as the noise is doin my head in! Some heavy foot work will see to that!!!

Anyone had experience with Toyos? What are they like for road noise/grip etc?

What car you running Tonyv?
