Tyre Wear
I have owned a turbo for a few years now and have always had to change front tryes after about 9000 miles, The inner edges of the tyres go first and start to dissapear, soon after fitting. I drive like the parish vicar according to the missus, so is this normal wear for a turbo?
The worst tyre I have found so far is the yokohama A520 I have these at the moment and I have noticed them start to fade already (2500mls), grip though seems excellent and they are cheap at £70 a throw.

I am currently running Falken 502's which seem fine for grip. I have just had them rotated after about 9000 miles and they still have 4mm left on the rear (old fronts) and 5mm left on the front. I certainly do not drive my WRX like the parish vicar!
BTW They are 205/50 16 and are about £65 each

I bought the yoko A520`s from a place called carnoisseur.
I have the invoice in front of me and the total price for two tyres with vat carriage/packing is £148.50.
01582471700 is their number.
Bear in mind that they are 15".

Budgie, I screw the nuts off my car all the time where I can and I am very fortunate to live in roundabout city (Basingstoke). My first set, the factory Bridgestones, lasted over 15,000 miles and swapped them back to front only when they got low. The backs were not that much more worn than the fronts. It might be worth having it checked out as to why. I have now fitted Bridge S-02s and they're fine and look great in the supermarket car park. Best regards.
