Default 8x17's - what are my choices

I'm thinking about getting some 17s for daily running so I have a better ride on the sh!tty roads I travel to work and back. A bit petty, but I want to keep the look so I want 8x17s (maybe 8.5 x 17s) with and ET of 40-48 so I can run 235/45x17s and keep the arches filled.

Any ideas what my choice of wheels are as most of the 17s I've seen are 7J or 7.5J

Cheers

Jon

Very generous Mags, are you throwing some free tyres too

What style and colour, what price, and do I get a gag for her indoors so she doesn't start going on about having too many sets of tyres

Thanks for the offer Mags but I expect new wheels to be outside my price bracket for what I want to achieve. STI-7 alloys would be ideal price-wise but on checking it seems that they are only 7.5J

No mate, but with the arches rolled (and pulled slightly) I can easily fit 245's in there with the right offset on 8.5j wheels - as it is I have 235s with 12mm spacers at the rear
