Have you bedded them in properly?
Usual procedure is 300 miles of a and b roads without any heavy braking and then a series of 70 to 20 hard braking cycles without coming to a complete stop allowing the brakes to fully cool off.
You will get some fade until they are properly bedded in or perhaps you are expecting too much from standard pads.

fade has various causes and symptoms, without clarifying exactly what "fade" your getting and when its very hard to give you anything more than generalsied answers...........

What pads and discs are they? It could be fluid though, we tend to use a high grade fluid such as Motul RBF 660 or Castrol SRF and this prevents fade alot
