Default skimming k-sport discs?

I've got some rust spots i need to get rid of on my k-sport discs after having left the car over the winter. Braking does not help, as I've had the car out on track and they didn't go away, and it also causes vibration when the discs heat up.

I took it to a place that was supposed to do it on the car, but unfortunately their old brake lathe didn't fit due to the k-sport bracket being too big (or something).

Does anyone know if it's possible to skim the discs with the newer pro-cut brake lathes? If not, I think I might attack it with an emery cloth soon

Alternatively, does anyone know how much replacement 330mm k-sport discs are?
