Default What torque wrench?

Due to the snow and ice I am often changing from 17" to 16" wheels and back again as soon as possible as I really dont like them. This has really made me feel the need to get something that makes changing easier and safer than just using the standard short wrench that Subaru give you. Would this one below be ok?

It will do the job.
Wont be dead accurate like a properly calibrated one though i wouldnt think, but will be fine for just doing things like wheels up. I wouldnt rely on it for something like headbolts though.

What is dead accurate? As in will it accurate to within 1,2,5,10nm? Does this really matter? I just tighten with my arm until I cant tighten any more so surely would be better than this.

Thanks, thats not too bad a price if its better than the one in my link. The only thing is I thought the nuts had to be tightened to 110Nm?

My local tyre fitter . He said when I had my Vredys fitted that they set it at 110nm but most people set it at 200 if they do it by foot.
