2 Nails in Tyre

2 Nails in Tyre
Folks
Car was in for its service last week there and the mechanic found 2 small nails in the Nearside Rear tyre, both rears have 4mm left on them so if they tyre can't be repaired when the nails are pulled out am i safe only changing the one tyre or will i have to replace the 2??

For my piece of mind i would swap them both and keep the good as a spare.
Oh BTW only 2 nails, one of our vans was in for service and they found 4....
