I liked them, good compromise of comfort and grip. I have sessantas now though. I'd be happy with either for everyday use.

I'm very happy using them, although 225/40/18 XL @ approx £150 each from Costco. Usually wait until they have a 20% off offer on. Got 4 that have not done much mileage ready for next time which I got off here for £100 all four !

They're probably not extra load at that price.
If they're going on an Impreza you'd be far better off with the XL version otherwise it'll chew them to bits.

Didn't know there was an XL variant.
I have found PS2s tend to be a little weak on the outside tread, so that could explain things!

Load index 93 what ever that means

cant give away my contact (he would get in trouble) he also tells me i could get F1 aysametrics(sp?) at around that price, he's looking into it

so i have a choice

mich PS2
Sassentas
or F1 aysms

out of the 3 which would you go for? (BTW i love some spirited driving from time to time, well quite a lot actually ) + i do 20k plus miles a year so bear that in mind

Sure its to stop pressures increasing as tyres warm up and less chance to loose pressure over time. Have a look at Michelin's site as I think it explains it all.

Its to do with air having a % of water vapour content which is a variable when filling. Makes a difference to repeatability of how tyres behave at operating temp which is important in F1 but a bit of a gimmick in a road car
