toyo t1-r, been using these for a years now and before t1-s both great tyres in wet and dry and for the price you cant go wrong.

stick a set of toyo r888's on it,you get a good bit of road noise through em but if its confidence into corners you want then these are for you.not that bad in the wet either.

Arent r888's semi slicks?

And yes I'd say t1r's are the kiddies, I have faulkens think they are 912, on mine at mo, just as they were the best deal with my wheels, they are pretty good to.

re050,re070, pilot sports,bf goodrich the world is your oyster. 888,s no good for the rain we get and imo i didnt like the goodyears a bit but apparantly it depends where they come from, and as for t1r,s i wouldnt touch them i would take them of and replace them ,just my opinion

Toyo's
You either love them or hate them

I had them on an MY02 STI once - I took them off after about 3 months
Dreadfull tyres in my opinion.

What model of car do you have?

I've just put my 5th set on the MY05 STI
I went for Vredestein sessantas - so far so good and I think better than the Eagle F1's they replaced

Its seen
Bridgestone RE070's
Michelin pilot sport 2's
Bridgestone RE050's
Goodyear eagle F1's

Now the Sessanta's

Pilot PS2's the best tyre in both wet and dry IMO.
