Thumbs up

Bridgestone SO2's if you can find a set. Although Bridgestone are apparently going to start making them again due to the demand

Toyo T1-s - almost as good as the S02 (had both Toyo and SO2PPs on my old car). Dry grip wise, there is nothing in it. SO2s probably have the edge in wet conditions.

Problem you're going to have is the same as I'm having today..... Toyo dont make a 205x45 17" tyre ....and neither do SO2/SO3's

****** I'm being told by several dealers**********

If you go for Toyo's the size is 215/40/17. Had three complete sets on my last car and several P1's beside me run them all the time.
Toyo's v SO2's/SO3's v Pzeros; They are all good and very hard to tell the differance to be honest. We have run for several hunread miles on weekends away with cars that have all these tyres fitted and it more down to the driver that the tyre.

Toyo's are good value for your money...

You need 215/40/17 for S02s etc.

S02s and Eagle F1s both have noticeably more grip than P-Zeros, and are noticeably better in the wet than Toyos (dry grip seems similar). The new P Zero Rossas are reputed to be very grippy as well.

The S02s and F1s are not as progressive though, the Toyos are superior in this area.

So you have to decide do you prefer ultimate grip, without too much warning of when you are about to run out; or a less grippy tyre that gives more warning, and makes it easier for you to drift your car round motorway slip roads, roundabouts etc
