Tyre wear v grip
Does anyone out there know at what point of tread depth grip tends to free fall?
I have 3mm across my front tyres (RE070) and I swear they are not what they were.
Cheers

some tyres (i know the parada 2`s) actually change the tread design when they wear down, as the pattern changes, are the re070`s not like this?
i dont think my old re040 were
i think the police (boo hiss spit) always change the road cars tread when they get to 2mm fwiw

I had Toyo T1-R's on my car, this time around the fronts were 1.8mm and the rears were like 3mm. i knew from before how much the front end tramlines when the tyres are worn like that, but i still couldnt resist! LOL
Now i have my new 225 asymmetrics on, the difference is unreal. It actually drives in a straight line! Hahaha. Superb.
So change em cster! I guess you will find it tramlining more as they wear down or very twitchy.
