Default Tyres for my 17"

morning all

thinking of getting some new rubber for my classic. At the min i have got 17 x 7.5 rotas on the car running 205 40 17, but was thinking of going up to a 215 or even a 225. I have coilovers and the wheels are et48.

Anyone else running 215 or 225 on there 17's on a classic??? any problems ie arch rub???

most people run 215/40. Think prodrive recommend 205/45 for 17s on a classic scoob.

As SlowBoy said run 215/40/17's plenty of choice and the right size as an alternative to 205/45/17
