More wheel questions!
Would you go 18" PFF7 with 225/40/18, or a lightweight 17" from RareRims like the boost and a 225/45/17 tyre?
Seems a weird question but wouldn't the lighter weight 17" be of more benefit that fitting the 18" package? If on about unsprung weight and all that kinda malarky! lol.
I cannot see the ride being much different between them, or is it?
Anyone gone from the 17 to 18 or gone from oem 17 to a lighter 17?
Ta.

The 18" combo has a shallower side wall so may seem to sharpen up the turn-in into corners... at the expense of compliance over bumps and ridges !
I would stick to light 17" on a classic....
But I went bigger on my new-age ! but they are lighter and a touch wider...
