245/35 TYRES ON 8"x18" rims
Hi again all,
2006 Hawkeye with 8" x 18" PFF7 alloys
Will 245/35 fit OK without rubbing?
They'll give me roughly the same overal diameter (-8mm)
Currently 225/40 which offer very little protection for the rims and look a bit stretched.
Had one reply when I tagged on a previous post that "might be too much and not heard of anyone using this width". Since then I have seen a newage advertised with 245/35's, but not sure if this was modded to allow for the width.
Thx

My 235/35/19's scrape on the rear arches !
But only just, so arches need rolling or coil-overs needed.
DunxC
P.S. Needs MTB and camping gear to do it tho'.
