The most commonly used tyre is the Goodyear GDS3 F1. Very good grip in wet and dry. You need to scrub them in for 500 miles before they come good.

Toyo Proxy T1R's

Think the T1R is just a new T1S with a different tread, you can't get the S in certain sizes anymore

I wouldn't ever touch Toyo's again, F1's are the way to go, Last a good 7K more and far better grip in the wet

you have to be referring to the T1S. The "R" is great in the wet, and i've had the Goodyears too (which are also good).

To be honest - i can't tell a whole lot of difference between the T1S's and the R's apart from the wear rate. I've had 3 sets of S's and never managed more than 16k out of them - i'm on my first set of R's and i don't expect to swap them before they've done 26k

Prada's are the grippiest i've used, but they don't last long. 5000 miles!
