Anyone know of a list of what wheel fitment, fits what car?

Although that guide is not completely correct.

Late 2004 (2005 model) Impreza STi's use a 5 x 114.3 PCD wheel. Not sure if the WRX is the same though.

Do you happen to know what the PCD tollerecnes would be? Ie, would a 5x100 PCD fit a 5x114 PCD wheel?

No mate the only way you will get a 5 x 100 wheel to fit a 5 x 114 wheel is if the wheel has come multi drilled 5 x 100 and 5 x114 as of standard
