Default New Tyres Soon

My MY55 WRX Wagon will need new tyres in a few thousand miles.

At present they are Bridgestone RE070. They have covered 24000 miles and have a few thousand left in them, so am thinking of replacing like with like.

Can anyone recommend anything better.

I don't need a track tyre just something that will have a good ride quality together with good roadholding and a reasonable life.

Would Michelin Pilots or Goodyear Eagles be a better bet or maybe Toyo Proxys

The best bet Price Wise are Pirelli Nero P Zero's

Any Advice Would be appreciated.

I had Michelin Pilot Exaltos 2 in my 205 and I was very satisfied with them.
The ride quality is very good, hold the road well and are progressive on the limit. They have softer sidewall than my current Bridgestone RE720 but they hold the road better.
The lasted well too, 20000+ miles and 4 trackdays.
I think they are one of the best tyres you can get for road use (the soft sidewalls don't help on the track)
