Pristine are the very very good i have used them for years but the last couple of times haven't been impressed with their attitude. I was stright up with them when i told them that i needed a very fast turn around on a set of m3 csl wheels that belonged to my father. The reason being that i couldn't be arsed with the ***** ache of telling him i had smacked his bride and joy into a curb after getting on the loud pedal a bit to early. I don't mind a bit of banter in fact a readily admitted i was a dick but they constantly ripped it out me for the entire time i was there. Not really what you want when you're shelling out a 150 quid for a repair on a lightweight mag wheel. My brother went there a couple of weeks wearing a pair of shades as he had a bit of a black eye ( aquired quite legally i must add on the rugby field) and the pip squeek on reception burst out laughing soon as he walked through the door. In short there a bunch of ar**ho**s !!

Another vote for Metal Magic in Barnsley.

They did a couple of rims for me last year. They can't match the gunmetal on WRX wheels but if you want a full set doing they can do Silver or a really dark smoky silver which looks fantastic on a black car!

Their process strips off all old paint and uses a powder coat primer. Finish is first class. Service friendly and infomative. About £50 a rim IIRC.
