Default 300 ZX 4pots on 93 WRX will it fit ???

does anyone know if the 300zx 4pot calipers bolt on to the impreza hubs, they look extremely similar to the subaru 4pots, any ideas?

Not sure, but they both use exactly the same pads.

I would have thought it would be quite hard, as there wouldn't be much space for the bracket..... anyway, why bother when you can get the Subaru ones instead....??

My dad owns a japanese car breakers and weve got 3 late 300ZX TT's with decent sets of 4 pots on them, so was wondering if i could make any good use of them as the 2 pots on my classic are knackered

I dare say someone could make brackets, but they have to do something odd with the discs aswell as the caliper would be in the wrong place.... (offset wise).....

Alternatively, weigh them in for scrap, thats good use isn't it??

Of course they can, making the brackets is the easy bit

You need to get hold of a set of the correct Subaru discs first though, because they are different between the 2 pots and the 4 pots. Don't even think of re-using the Nissan discs, that's just asking for trouble

I've got the Subaru 4 pots and when I ordered a set of pads from my local motor factors I asked for ZX pads and paid the princly sum of £29.

Who says running an Impreza is expensive

Sorry to put as downer on your joy, but the offset and the caliper is too tall from the bolt holes to the top of the pad this would mean your disc would need to be 355mm in diameter and you would not be able to use all the pad to wipe the disc surface. I have looked at the same calipers myself, they are good quality alloy calipers made by sumitomo to a brembo type pattern.
