Default Tarox 10-pot kit.

I have a Tarox 10-pot caliber, 328 mm. disc brake kit on my WRX from 01. When I turn hard I can here that the pads are touching the disc. The result is that the brake pedal is a little soft the first time you brake because the pots have to be push out again. I only think it is in the driver side. Why is it doing so and what can I do to prevent the problem? Is it because of a bad wheel bearing?

does sound posible that its a wheel bearing. Mrs spec'c' had a wheel bearing failure that caused the pedal to drop when driving slowly......
