Afternoon

I have just had a tyre repaired and was told that it is on "temporary" basis (although it is a proper repair). The tyre had a nail in it previously and this new repair is about 15cm from the other. The fitter - who is very fair and helpful, said that while it could last forever he is obliged to inform me of the problem. Is there a min distance between repairs

I appreciate there is no price on safety / human life, but it is always in a relatively new tyre.

Any fitters here that would view it as too dangerous to use ?

Bin it - not worth the risk.
