What tyres do people find are the best for the classic impreza. especially in wet? And which to avoid. Tyre size for mine is 215,40,17 at the min. Would like to hear your opinions and suggestions on what to purchase.

I've had Pirelli P-Zero tyres on mine - they last a fair distance, but aren't that grippy, especially in the wet. Have Toyos on now, which seem to be softer and grippier, but don't last as long.

Interphase

Using T1-S Proxes seem to last ok, good grip in the wet and can get tail happy when pushing on when damp. Get them at a good price as well from pal in trade. Might change to T1-R's (R=reinforced) hit pothole and this is what happened!!
