If you haven't fitted brand new discs at the same time then they should fit OK.
Although they are marginally thicker, with some disc wear they should fit.
I have been using Lancia 166 and EVO 6,7,8 front pads for the last 3 years.
I haven't used Ferodo though, but have used Mintex. Lucas pads fit with brand new discs as well, but are tight.
See this thread.

Lotus Elise FRONT pads will fit the REARS on a MY02 STi (STi7).
