Falken FK-451 205/40/17's
I have four brand new 205/40/17's that i bought in error when i had my Puma they have never been fitted, It's a long story.
The question is and i presume that the answer is no, My Scooby has 215/40/17's on at the mo, will the Falken tyre's be good for when i need new boots ? If not will just have to sell them.

Agree the tyre size isnt perfect but Falken FK 451's where one of my best tyres i used on my well tuned MY01,Toyos where the worst and Avon ZZ3's where the best.
Dont listen to all peoples tyres opinions, its down to personal 'FEEL'. Be a leader not a follower.

The 451 was the "secret weapon" for the top WRX's in the very hotly contested US SCCA Solo 2 National Championship last month. But they used that tire shaved down to 4/32nds ... in 245/35/17.
Your size will be a bit short ... better acceleration! But higher revs (good for being on boost!) ... worse fuel economy. Short side wall will be stiff ... for good steering response ... but your tire will be a bit narrow ...
