strange question regarding wheel size!
ok, this sounds strange.
if you are an athelete the shortest distance around a track is nearer the inside of the track yes?
same goes like driving in a roundabout the smallest and quickest distance is the inside and not the outside
so am i correct a smaller wheel may spin quicker ?
(too much time in my hands i know)
