Not done it on my Scoob yet, but I would think they're the same as others.
Wheel off, remove caliper (usually 2x hex (allen) bolts), pop out old pads, remove cap from brake fluid reservoir, push pistons back to seats, generally clean before fitting new pads with a layer of copper grease (anti squeal) behind, bolt caliper back on hub, refit wheel.
Repeat for other side, remembering to replace reservoir cap at the end. Start up and pump brakes a little to push them out to rest position, then go for a very cautious drive to check. Take it easy for about a week until they bed into disc profile.
The rears can be a little more awkward due to the handbrake, and the pistons sometimes need to be turned back in but you can get a tool for doing this. As I say, I've never done a Scoob so I may have missed some finer specific detail.
Just read someone elses post and there appear to be some pins to remove too......

The above is correct, did mine yesterday (4 pots), no special tools required, just some copper grease and a screwdriver to push the pistons back. Very easy, could probably do it in less than half an hour. Remember to follow the breaking-in procedure for your particular pads.

and once more in English?
Seriously though, DIY knowledge limited to changing a wheel (man after my own heart), and subjected to
reservoirs
pistons
Greased coppers
Squeely pins
Rattling crosses
I think pics are the only way to go. Me? I'm gonna stick to dealers for a while...

Did mine on Thursday night. Easiest job in the world (did all four corners in 2hrs just pottering around). I am on Jury service back in Bucks until Friday.... if it can wait I could come round and give you a hand doing them one night when I get back. I'll PM you my mobile.

If you get really stuck, give me a call (not weekend mornings tho, I don't do mornings at weekends), I have just emailed you my phone number. I am also in Stafford on Wildwood.
Getting the pins out might be a bit of a problem, just use a drift or something similar size and a hammer (and some penetrating fluid !)
UK MY00 DBM Turbo Wagon / Gold STi8 wheels with missing centres in case you are wondering !
