A couple of days ago I posted a plea for some help with which 18" wheels I would be able to fit to my MY98 Terzo.
Unfortunately, I have had no replies.
Come on Scoobie lovers - please help me out.
Please see my original message for more details about my car.

Any wheel in 18x7.5 ET 50+ will work with a 215/35x18 tire, for a 225 you will need ET 53+, and the PZero tire. A too large ET could make the wheel rub against the strut...
I'm running the compomotive MO in 18x8 Et50 with 215/35 Toyo Proxes, a tight fit, but it works, I had to get those wheels.
Scoobysport has a lovely 18" wheel, check with Pete for more info.

Also like to add the handling will become dubious and you will go through wheel bearings like no tommorrow if excessivly out, any one else have a stock pile of mini wheel bearings which needed replacing all the time from running spacers between hubs and rims?
Although as hoppy has said, for this to become a real problem you probably wouldn't get them in there in the first place.

The wheels and tyres as fitted to P1 and bought from a dealer will fit your car. However the geometry must be set to our figures and the springs and dampers really should be upgraded to suit.
An otherwise std car with 18" wheels will be a real handful if everything else is not perfect.

Simon, ET is the off-set. It is the difference between the centre width line of the wheel to the mounting face. Standard UK00 Scoob is ET53. The lower the ET, the further the wheels stick out.
With 18in wheels, you're going beyond 'normal' Scoob territory. Once you start playing around with non-standard sizes to this extent (diameter and width) all manner of factors come into play. If you don't know exactly what you're doing, you could end up with an expensive set of wheels and tyres that don't actually fit the car!
Suggest you call Pete Croney at ScoobySport before splashing out.
