Would this light flash if my rear pads were low? Had them checked at power engineering recently still had 30% left and 50% fronts. Is there a sensor in the pads when they get low?. Graham.

i think it flashs if the brake fluid level is low.....

You'll know when your brake pads are low . They'll make a VERY LOUD squealing noise . There is a piece of metal sticking out from the pad towards the disc and when the pad has 2-3 mm left the piece of metal rubs against the disc producing the noise . You either have to change the pads or put on some iron maiden on the cd player .

Thanks for that joe cheers turbo but i dont like iron maidon will put on some shaggy instead. Are you sure its sunny Fermanagh your from only when i used to go fishing in Enniskillon it pissed down every day. Bit like here i suppose. Graham.

Derec last time i came over of many,i was 30feet away from a car bomb. was 1984 the sealink classic at the sports complex. Lucky to be alive but not the reason ive not been back just got into other things. Lovely country, superb people and hospitality, and do i ever miss that Guinness!!. Graham.
