Post Best places for tyres please.

I need a couple of 225/45/17's for my sti 7 and a couple of 225/50/16's for the mrs slk. Where is the cheapest place to pick these up. Want a fairly tidy brand obviuosly. Has anyone got any offers on at the moment. Also are the 225/45/17's standard for the sti7 or can I get away with 215/45/17's

ATS do a decent price and guarantee the tyres for an extra tenner. Well worth the money IMO.

These guys in Southampton did a set of Bridgestone SO3s (215/45 17s) for £120 each.
Tyreshops Southamptom
Dry grip is good with excellent predictability. Wet is simply phenominal. Can live with them day to day too (e.g. noise, comfort etc).

Tread pattern is not the prettiest but I'll take the wet grip over pretty...

225's are standard on the sti as the wheel is half inch wider than the wrx
mark
