New tyres = new geometry settings?
#1
Okay laugh as much as you want but could someone please explain to me the following:
I have had Prodrive geometry settings dialled in to my Sti at Micheldever a few months ago. My front tyres were two thirds of their way through their 'natural' lifecycle (PM talk )
Question: As I had these settings done on the older front tyres (new rears) does this mean that when I stick on some new s-02's, very soon, that I will need to get the settings re-applied?
Confused Greg

You won't need to get the settings redone with new tyres. However it is always best to get the geometry ettings checked when you do replace tyres just to be on the safe side. It only takes a minor 'kerbing' to knock them out.
If nothing else get the front tracking checked.
