Anybody running on 19's

Is anybody running there MY01/MY02 on 19" alloys?
I was wondering how you find the handling and the ride quality. Has anybody gone from 18's to 19's and if so did you notice any great difference in the handling or ride quality?
Cheers Roli.

I'm running 19s on my MY01. They are ok for normal day-to-day road use. Not so much fun on rough road surfaces as the ride is a little harsh and I wouldn't even dream of taking them on track.

Thanks for replying Gordo,I have the 18" Speedline Turinis and I'm tempted to go bigger. What are you running Diablo's,Superleggs?
Is yours the DBM MY01 with the Diablo's?

Run 19's on My STI 7 & 8 - not noticed any change in the ride, the car is bumpy anyway so not noticed that either.
The only thing I did notice is that there is a lot more grip due to less sidewall flex

Isn't performance the keyword anymore fella's?I mean the heavy 18,and 19"-stuff is very bad for fast acceleration. We use the kg here in holland, and the rule is:+1kg wheelweight equals +10kg carweight.(Total 40kg)
For example:I have 17" P1-alloy's now.Should I go for the absolute better looking 18"ones,this would mean +2 kg/wheel = +80!kg carweight.

Gordo,v.nice looking car what suspension mods are you running? Is it just eibachs?
Sammy H,thanks for the reply I didn't think about the grip issue presumably thats as a result of the lower/smaller? profile on the tyres.
