Brake judder with Prodrives

I recently have problems with brake judder from high speed stops, there is also that strange brake-no-brake feel when stopping from 20-30 Mph.
I checked the discs and they are completely OK.
But I read somewhere that it could be the pad material or so...
Can anybody help me out here ?
I also just had DS 2000 on the rear axle.
All this is for a MY00, Prodrive and Pagid on the front, Ferodo DS 2000 on the rear..
