tyres in cumbria

can any cumbrians recommend somewhere in cumbria for a new set of boots?
usually go to goodfellows in cockermouth, but just thought I'd check on here to save me phoning around.
going nowhere near kwik-fit in carlisle after some **** showed me that the reason I had a slow puncture was a hole i could put my finger through (and I had a centre cap nicked), likewise for gates at lillyhall - screwed the tracking right up.

I'd stick with Goodfellow's. Thats where I get mine from. They always take good care of your wheels and a very well priced. They are good at giving you a range of tyres that they can supply, and know about all the characteristics of each type. And they won't push you into buying a certain type. As for tracking, i'd reccomend Myers and Bowman at Lillyhall. They do mine with their 4 wheel laser align. Not the cheapest but will set the car to whatever settings you want.
