New pagid 8 Groove disks and pads.
When i come to a corner at speed and hit the brakes, the front end seems to shudder, which shudders through the steering wheel.
Makes it pretty hard to control.
Any ideas ?

You say new. Have you bedded them in as per the manufacturers instructions?
You may have an uneven build up of pad material on the discs. Go through the bedding in process again and this may cure the problem.

I just drove mellow for a week, did about 500 miles.
Then drove normal to work and stuff.
Then went pretty fast and did some heavy braking etc.
Ive just noticed that it seems to get worse each time, and especially when the brakes are hot.
Also noticed a squeak from the rear drivers side disc.
How ya meant to bed them in ?

Check with the specific manfacturer or supplier but basically you do a good stops from increasing speeds, letting the brakes cool between each stop.

I've got the same problem, and I've bedded mine in (or at least followed the instructions). Running Pagid blue pads. Bedding in was first 100 miles only light pedal pressure, at no more than 50mph. This puts pad material onto the discs. Next 100 miles was gradual increase in pedal pressure and speed - from about 80 down to 30 mph with big gaps between stops to cool down. This seals the resin material of the pads into the discs and gives the discs some kind of heat treatment. Finally up to full pedal stops. Motorway miles don't count as you generally don't brake much, but I guess you don't do any m'way mileage.
Where did you get the discs?
I hadn't noticed any problem on the road (only had them 3 weeks or so) but went to Goodwood at the weekend, and it was definitely a problem when I'd been running for 10 minutes or so. No problem at low speeds on the way to work today.

Or check out this other thread:
Brake judder thread.
There's some good stuff including a link to an article about incorrect bedding in.

I have had the same problem although it seems intermittent? I ran another heat cycle, could be wheel bearings or a sticky caliper?, have not really noticed it over the last couple of weeks so I am keeping my fingers crossed that it was purely more bedding in needed.
saying that I have done 2000km since having them fitted so I would have thought they where bedded in!

I inspected my disks last night, and in my technical opinion, they seem shagged. I didn't take the wheels off so could only see the surface facing out. The outer part of the discs (wider radius) looks/feels scored, but I think this is maybe just a thick deposit of disk material. Further in the disc is at least still smooth, but there are regular black "smudges" on the disc face.
Any advice on what I can do?

Black smudges will be pad resin built up unevenly on the disc face. You could try removing the resin with emery cloth (very small circular swirls over the whole face) and rebedding them in.

Im gonna have a good look at them tomorrow. I will try the emery if theres build up, and bed them in again.
