It's been a couple of years since I last did a track day and was just wondering what pressures some of you regulars use.
Tyres are Eagle F1 (215/45/17) STi7

Cheers

Graham

i run with 41 on the front and 39 on the rear.

i have 215/35/18 toyo proxes.

I was told that a higher tyre pressure means that the tyre walls don't move as much and therefore don't generate as much heat (which is better for road tyres on trackdays)

Don't go too high, otherwise you will have "the daddy" of all high speed blowouts :0
