Whats the best all round brake discs and pads i can buy for £550 for all four corners of my MY99 uk turbo with 17" alloys???

Go for pagid discs and pads. Have been in a couple of cars on track with these fitted, and only have good things to say about them.

That will sort out the front for you - don't worry about the back as the braking forces on an Impreza is about 70-75% front bias
