Question

Should I stick with the P Zero's(205/50/R16), are these well rated by you guys??

Or should I change for the Toyo's, are these much better?

Can't comment on the Pirelli's, but when I went from original Bridgestone's to Toyo's, it was like night and day the difference between them.
Needless to say, the Toyo's were better!

Ricky

Have you used Pirelli's ?

And can these Toyo's only be ordered from a limited number of sources??

I've used both Pirelli's and Toyos, Bridgestones and various other tyres in the past 6 years

I wouldn't recommend the P Zeros for normal day to day use on UK roads, over something like the Toyo, Bridgestone S02, Goodyear Eagle F1 etc.

Whilst the P Zero is very good on smooth dry tarmac, it is probably the tyre which gives the least grip/confidence when it's wet, especially when they get worn down. If you do lots of track days, then P Zero's would be a good option.

You'll also find that Toyo's, F1's etc are probably cheaper than the P Zeros as well. Lots of places supplying them at good prices, such as mytyres.net, Micheldever Tyres and www.blackcircles.com etc. (get good SIDC discount from the latter).

Car had it's first MOT today.

Went for the Toyo's, not the cheapest price I've seen but, £96 each, fitted and balanced!

Thanks guys
