Question

Right i've just been 2 a 4 wheel laser alignment place where they used prodrive settings i believe & all the wheels were out the acceptable perameters initially, which i suspected from strange tyre wear So i was optimistic that by gettin the hole geometry malarky dun as well as saving on wasted rubber it might also stop the car pulling slightly to the left as it wood seem they were pointin a bit in that direction.
However on drive back it woz still pulling 2 the left if u let go of steering wheel when coasting ok sure i dont do that when driving b4 u start but it dont seem right Seems 2 pull in a straight line when u put yer foot down which makes it feel even stranger when the steering wheel then eases 2 da left when u aint flooring it!
Any ideas wot it might b?

if you coast (carefully!!) on the wrong side of the road, does it pull to the right?

If so, then it could be the road camber causing the problem.

Cool

hmm it's a possibility i suppose although it did it on motorways & such like so i shudn't think there's much camber on such stretches but i shall just pop off & try driving down the rong side of the motorway with no hands on the wheel 2 c wot happens but dont worry i'll b careful lol

watch out for the camber very few roads are truly flat especiallly motorways. Try driving down the middle of a road(obviously with no traffic about)if you think it is flat.(dont use one that is on a bus route or has heavy lorries on it.)
mine pulls violently soemtimes but its always camber of the road /tram lines that cause it.
