inside tyre wear, off 2 da geometry thing me thinks?

Just noticed when my wheels were off that the inside of the drivers tyre i think it woz is totally worn down but only on the very outside edge 
bugger shuda got the geometry dun when i fitted em i suppose, only 6 months ago (toyos) & also strut brace since 
i presume it's no biggy & will probably need all new tyres by next MOT anyhow (6 months +)
but am i correct in thinkin geometry & trackin ll sort it & no major issues with slight baldness, i mean i'm young grey i can live with but thats 4 a worried about gettin old thread sumwhere else lol
