Have a P1 with standard alloys and a set of
205/45/17 P-Zero
Need all 4 replacing
1. Can I change the size at all as there is very little choice in this size.
Best option at the moment seems to be the michelin pilot sport 140 all in per wheel...!!!!
2. If I can change the size was going to go for Toyo T1's
Any opinions

hi, fwiw even though I dont run a scoob (yet ) I have had a similar choice re tyres... I had 4 P Zero asymetricos on my mondeo (no heckling at the back please!)and they lasted about 9k.
THey were crap in the wet too..
After much faffing about I went with the Michelin Primacy, which ARE pricey, but from what Ive read they should last me longer and give better wet performance (seeing as winter is coming up)..
I did enquire re:Toyos having read good things here.. but was advised they would wear out far quicker than the PZeros..
Im sure I will be more frendly with the local tyre bods when finally get a scoob.
also, try the P1 owners forum too, they might be able to help..

Went from 205/45/17 to 215/40/17 myself. The 205's were P-zeros, which IMO weren't all that bad. The 215's are Toyos which seem v.good in the dry, but in the wet are absolutely fantastic. They really do promote confidence. I got 4 of these for £305 fitted!
Never tried any other tyre on the Scoob, but Goody F1's are very popular with many people on this BBS.
While we're on the subject, is there any one who has tried both Toyo's and Goody F1's? Just wondering if it will be worth splashing the extra cash.
