I have an AP 6 pot kit on my car which I've had for almost 2 years. Since the start of this year I've had 3 sets of discs replaced and still can find out what causing them to warp. Falkland performace centre have cheaked everything on the car and say everything is fine. Has anyone got any idea what could be causeing this??
Thanks

you sure they warped?
similar syptoms can be had from the disc picking up uneven amounts of pad material, possibly due to incorrect pad choice.
Incorrect bedding in procedure, leading to actual warping or pad material pick up.
unevely torque wheels (much less likely to affect 2 piece discs)
runout on the hub
runout on the disc bell
Have the discs been measured on and off the car for varations in thickness, flatness and runout? Have the pads been changed with the discs? Different pads used?
