Well the last SO2 PP's (215/40/17) i purchased about a month ago cost me 119 quid each (no fitting) so 125 seems to be a fair buy
and the tyre size is good aslong as its for a classic shaped scoob ![Wink](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/wink.gif)

Andy,
i should also point out that the so3's are not as good as the so2's, so most people are going for the goodyear eagle F1's which came out top in a performance test, the bridgestones came near the bottom![Frown](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/frown.gif)

Thanks Tony.
Currently running So3's on 16's & dont seem to have many problems although I probably dont push as much as some folk on here![Big Grin](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/biggrin.gif)
I hit 6-6.5K & not more (already had 1 engine rebuild).
Have you any links or info about the test. ie can I get to read the report on the test. Might as well get the best tyres available & if the SO3's are not them I should look elsewhere.
Regards.
Andy.

Does that mean you've tried all eight?
Why pay £125 for what is supposed to be an ace tyre when you could buy a very highly regarded tyre (toyo) for £76 a corner. (215/40 17"). Think what you could do with nearly £200!

Why have cotton when you can have silk
The extra 180 quid is worth spending for the quality of tyre and the grip levels are just first class. I have experience with P7000 and michelin sport and are crap in comparison.
Tyres are your ONLY contact with the tarmac so why not?
