Which wheels are best? Gold or Anthracite
#1
I had GOLD 22B Styles 16Inch wheels on my car and recently bought a set of 17in Anthracite P1 alloys.
Edited to say, I probably wont be selling either for a while!
Any views on which ones actually suit the car. Gold or Anthracide.
Before
After
One of each.
Gold
Anthracite
BUT, which looks best?

Cheers, Jon

They come with the car and there isn't any lamps under there. They have alway been one of my favourite aspects of the STI
Paul
PS I think you can buy them from someone like GGR

Anthracite of course!!!
The foglampcovers should fit over the foglights! (you don't have to remove them!). Oh, and once you have fitted the covers, don't turn on the foglight because they might melt, OK??

Yep, just one more vote in the bag - anthracite. Didn't you see it the same way? Gold on blue of any sort rocks, gold on red, gold on green also look good. But gold on silver - urgh...
Plus with anthracite you don't have to clean the alloys so often (brake dust/dirt colour...) Golds always need cleaning (at least, they do for me, being my new car & my baby). Take no time at all to get dirty... Perhaps I should put more wax on them?
Here's a thought though - not seen any red alloys on subaru's. Black cars would suit them best (silver might work?), not too sure about blue. Would have to be a darker red, me thinks. Anyone got reds?

Ro,
Get them down in Volvo T5 anthracite (most wheel power coating companies will know it!)
It's darker than the P1 anthracite, but it has a nice deep gloss to it! I had this down to my old Speedlines on my green MY97.
I had mine done in Surbiton, Surrey for about £200. Worth waiting until the tyres are worn and then getting a deal with tyres as well!

Funnily enough the place is called Surbiton Tyres.
Between the roundabout and the Post Office (PO)
It's opposite Gladstone Road or thereabouts. You'll see the alloy wheels in the window.
