Got a knocking noise n/s front wheel area,checked me nuts and their tight as usual.Noise apparent when front wheel hits a drain or pothole and when brakes applied at slow speeds(new pads approx 2 months ago)
Any ideas?

Take your pick
Trak rod end (quite likely)
CV joint (not sol ikely)
Stone trapped in alloy.

I'd get the track rod end sorted it it clonks every time you go over a bump/drain etc.
