Prodrive discs.....Just how good are they?

Having MY99 scooby is great apart from the brakes, being a good little boy and not wanting to invalidate my nice SUBARU warrenty I would like to upgrade my brakes....
So just how good is the prodrive kit? how much and would you recomend it.......... or are ther alternatives ?
