So bought some 6 pot front calipers, 330mm discs I think they are.
And there just a tad out, fouling the front inner lip on the alloys. Guessing spacers would resolve it, 20mm?
Either that or out old brakes back on

put some washers or nuts on studs and try with wheel again

All depends on caliper and wheel. I've run 17" with 6 pots.

plenty of wheels will clear 330mm 4 or 6pot brakes..........not sure what you have but std new-age STi wheels are normally fine
obviously depends on how / who made the kit as have seen some abortions over the years

There D2 6 pot callipers on a Classic Impreza, can't remember the brand of alloys, look identical to OZ superleggera, on the 4 pots they were miles away from the callipers.
I've tested fitted some old K sport callipers before and fitted perfectly, they were 330mm discs, so bought some D2 callipers, but there massive.
The wheel goes on, just the side the calliper sits, the wheel just touchers, only thing i can think of is spacers without jumping to 18"

No clue @TECHNOPUG wow the WRX wheels sit close to the calliper, how you got anything bigger than 4 pots on there i don't know.
Think I'm going to need 5mm plus, don't need any mods with the wheel studs etc?

How much is it catching by, I know others have taken a die grinder (not sure on spelling) to the caliper and taken a bit off but would mean you need to paint it.

Just finished painting them. Wouldn't do that. I'd say 3mm-5mm.

D2 and Ksport use the same basic casting size for size so something odd going on there..........
have engineered and supplied many AP / Alcon 6pot kits to fit under std RB5, WRX, etc alloys over the years with no issue

Yea a company said same thing, they could be old k sports, as came off track car. Hence why they might be smaller. Could be an old version I'm guessing.
So I'm thinking 5mm spacers. What about wheel nuts having 5mm let's thread to grip on too?
