Default Ride height ?

Morning;
the wife's car has coil overs; it's running too low in my opinion - grounds out very easily.

Its a 2004 WRX STi.

What is the optimum ride height ?
(Measured from centre of wheel to top of wheel arch ?)

Bracing my self with getting the plus gas out & crescent spanners...!

Have a hunt for 2pot's various threads which give some very good info on what works well. Negative rake is bad, but many do it because it gives even wheel arch gaps front to back. When I had BC's I set my front height so it wasn't daft low and then adjusted the rear to suit. Now I'm running pro drive springs I ended up using American style saggy butt spacers at the rear to give a good balance front to rear (ala P1/RB320 etc).
