Jdm hatch; did a 400 mile trip over the weekend, and had an increasing brake judder, but it wasn't there all the time.
Pads and discs aren't new, and I put newish oem rims on before, with winter tyres of slightly different wear. Wheel and hub faces were cleaned.
The judder may have been there before the trip, but the car had been only used for short trips, so it was hard to feel.
Top mounts are due for replacement , and I live close to the sea, so could disc rust cause pad deposits when sat unused for a couple of weeks?
