Intermittent Brake Problem
Not on my impreza, but this has been bugging me for a while on my other car. (Ibiza Cupra)
Sometimes the brakes seem to have little power, and other times full power. All calipers are free and unseized, newish discs and pads, fluid replaced.
Pedal seems either half way down with not much power, or right near top with lots of power.
Wondered if I have got a small air bubble in fluid somewhere, which is moving about(was very careful bleeding them though, so don't think so) ie, in abs unit that can't be removed through normal bleeding possibly?
Leaking servo unit?
Master cylinder?
Anyone got any thoughts to most likely problem because I'm stuck. Much appreciated. Daz

Rebled full system today. No airbubbles at all came out, but brakes are mysteriously cured.
Firm consistant pedal, plenty of power once again.
Only thing I can think of is that there must have still been some "spongy" old fluid left in from last time? Daz
