Fitting 18 X 8.5 rota grids to a classic
Any info would be appreciated, I've got direnza wheel spacers 20mm hub centric.
Do I need all of the arches rolled and flared, or would I not need to do this. Drift works say 18 X 8.5 is the biggest I can go on a classic. What other things would need doing, so I can inform the bodyshop of roughly how much work would need doing, or do I not need bother as I'm also fitting ABW flared arch kit.
Any help would be much appreciated.

A definite arch flare and 225 tyres max any wider you can forget it,best thing would be to go all the way with a set of ABW arches:http://www.abwmotorsport.co.uk/#!pro...-(6-piece-set)Then you can basically fit any size you want

.SJ.Will they need to cut the arches to fit the ABW's or will the wheels fit under the original arches ?
Cheers
The arches will need cutting,so there will be no need to have them rolled and flared.if you do decide to fit abws you will not require the spacers either you can get the correct size wheel to fit
THIS!!! One or the other really,I had my arches rolled as I wanted to fit wider tyres without the rubbing
but if I was going for wider wheels and tyres its a no brainer that I would of just gone for the ABW arches and be done with it
